Intro to Agility
For high energy dogs and their people, Agility is a great
way to bond, exercise, and improve communication. In this
intro course we will work on the ‘flat’, teaching
your dog jumps, tunnels and chutes. We will also teach you
how to warm up and stretch your dog and ‘steer’.
Agility is a great way for dogs to develop self control
skills. For people Agility teaches off-leash handling and
can help you develop confidence in your dog. Agility is
an excellent relationship enhancing game!

Introduction
to Rally Obedience:
Rally Obedience is all the rage! Based on automobile Rallies,
Rally-O is more fun and relaxed than traditional competitive
Obedience because you can talk to and touch your dog during
competition. The basic Obedience exercises are laid out in
a course that keeps you and your dog moving. To compete at
the basic levels of Rally your dog needs to be able to walk
on a loose leash, sit, down and stay. Mixed breed dogs can
compete in APDT Rally-O and AKC offers many Rally opportunities
for purebred dogs. The Rally-O skills are also great for daily
life, loose-leash walking and attention.

Introduction
to Canine Freestyle
Living with dogs is a dance! Canine Freestyle is a relatively
new and exciting competitive sport. Heelwork to music has
been a competitive dog sport in Europe for some time and is
a highlight of the Crufts dog show. Canine Freestyle takes
heelwork to a new level. Learn the basic moves, teach your
dog to spin, weave between your feet, back up and boogie!

Parlor
Tricks
Amaze your friends, amuse yourself and keep your dog mentally
and physically fit. Using clicker training or lure and reward
style training we can teach you how to teach your dog fun
tricks and games, like ‘put your toys away’, ‘get
me the remote’ and classics such as ‘sit up and
beg’, ‘roll over’ and ‘high five’
to name a few!

truly understand what motivates your dog and how to solve
common problems. Reach a new level of understanding. If your
perfect puppy has turned into a wily adolescent who appears
to have gone deaf, we can help!
